MENTAL RETARDATION, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES The CPC (Central Point of Coordination) Administrator determines eligibility for
persons with qualified diagnoses to receive appropriate services and supports to
meet identified needs. Examples of services include: residential, vocational,
case management, counseling and day programming. Applicants must meet income and
resource guidelines. All health care services funding is subject to the Iowa County
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Notice. |
