Access to Recorder's indexing is free of charge, however access to all images will require payment for an online account as outlined below.

Access to the Recorder's indexing will be free of charge; however, in order to help subsidize the cost of the website, we are charging $25.00 per month to access all images. You have the option of signing up for a 3-month contract at $75.00, a 6-month contract at $150.00 or a full year at $275.00 to have access to all available real estate images. The 12-month contract offers a little price break.

Upon receipt of payment, a User ID and Password will also be assigned. External IP addresses will be monitored by our vendor to disallow sharing. Any abuse will cause an immediate shutdown.

If you become a subscriber, any copies ordered from our office that are not imaged on the website will be free of charge as long as the number does not become excessive.

All payments will need to be made promptly prior to the beginning of the month to avoid shutdown. It will be your responsibility to pay those on time. NO INVOICES WILL BE SENT. We will be in touch with you to give you a User ID and Password.

After you are successfully registered, your web browser will ask you to type in your username and password the first time you try to access the Image Account Creation. The browser will remember this information for as long as it continues to run, so you can access any document in the Image Account Creation without being asked for it again.
